Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During launches or promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated by email.

- Express Delivery (UK): £8.95
- Free UK delivery on orders over £60

Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Delivery times will vary depending on your destination and customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at info@atelierco.store and we’ll investigate with our delivery partner.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Delays or Issues
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, postal disruption, or extreme weather. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@atelierco.store and we’ll assist promptly.
Packaging
All orders are packaged with care using recyclable or compostable materials where possible. Gift wrapping and seed-paper notes are available at checkout for a mindful unboxing ritual.
