The Ritual

1. Dry brush: On dry skin, use long, upward strokes toward the heart. Focus on legs, arms, and areas that feel sluggish.
2. Oil: Apply Lymphéa to damp skin after bathing, or to dry skin when a richer massage slip is desired.
3. Massage: Using the wooden massage tool, work slowly upwards with light to medium pressure, pausing where tension is held.
4. Repeat: Use daily or several times a week. Consistency is key.
