Some of life’s most meaningful rituals begin with the simplest of objects. Our Fig Marseille Soap brings together traditional craftsmanship, everyday usefulness and the warm, green character of a Mediterranean orchard.

Artisan crafted by a small soap maker on the border of France and Spain, this traditional vegetable-based bar is enriched with nourishing shea butter and made using time-honoured Marseille soap-making methods.

Worked beneath warm water, it creates a rich, creamy lather while releasing a softly comforting fragrance of ripe fig, fresh green leaves and gentle sun-warmed woods.

Beautifully substantial and long-lasting, it transforms the everyday act of washing hands or bathing into a slower, more considered moment — one rooted in simplicity, scent and the pleasure of things made well.

Artisan Provenance

Handcrafted by a small artisan soap maker on the French–Spanish border, where traditional Marseille soap making continues using time-honoured methods. Each deeply embossed bar reflects a slower approach to everyday living — practical, enduring and beautifully made.

Soft and understated, the fragrance evokes ripe Mediterranean figs beneath leafy branches, warmed by the afternoon sun and grounded by gentle woody notes.

Our soap contains sustainable, responsibly sourced palm oil from Indonesia that is certified under the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) standard.
