Mint & Rose takes its shape from the Moroccan tea ritual — gunpowder green tea rolled tight, brightened with mint, softened with rose petal and mallow. Purifying rather than heavy, meant for the part of the day that asks for clarity.

The Ritual

One teaspoon per cup, water cooled just off the boil — 75°C, no hotter, or the green tea turns bitter. Steep three to four minutes. Good taken plain, better taken slowly.
