Rooibos & Bloom pairs red bush tea with aromatic lavender, apple and orange. Lighter and more floral than its counterpart, Rooibos & Root — a tea for the easier hours of the day, taken after a meal or whenever things need settling.

The Ritual

Two teaspoons per cup, water at a full boil. Let it stand a full six minutes — rooibos rewards patience more than most teas do. No bitterness to guard against here.
