Rooibos & Root is built around liquorice root and star anise, rounded out with mint, chamomile and lemongrass. Warmer and more grounded than Rooibos & Bloom — a tea for the close of day, when the point is to slow down rather than settle up.

Take it as the last thing before the evening ends.

The Ritual

Two teaspoons per cup, water at a full boil. Let it stand six minutes.
